Well I would say PayPal, because it is widely accepted unlike Moneybookers. Although one problem I face with PayPal is the high fees that they charge. Other than the fees there is absolutely no problem with PayPal, bank tranfers are very quick, customer care is also really good.

Definitely Paypal as majority of people are using Paypal for online transactions. There are only a few people who use alertpay or moneybookers or any other payment gateway. So I prefer Paypal

Paypal is most popular and support around 72 countries. If the user has no paypal in their country then people will think about Moneybookers, for the current year paypal has few limitations to indian account so few people try to switch to moneybookers.

Paypal is much popular, but some people prefer moneybookers, but it's just over strict for the payments you have sent or received.
