There's a local maylisan restaurant where I live locally and they do Quail, in a onion, shallot, chilli, garlic and five spice sauce, and it's amazing.
the malaysian foods are AWESOME! i saw one dish where one of the main ingredients is giant chilly. i dont know what they call it but the sauce is hot hot hot!!!!
aside from our local dishes, i also love persian foods and indian cuisines as well.. we're always looking for different restaurants here serving those dishes..
