there were few significant changes in the rules of paypal for India... is paypal in India still working,,,someone told me we cant make mass payments? is is true

Ya its true.
Indian paypal account got restricted you ca not make mass payment..
And the main annoying thing is that you need to withdraw payment within 7 days after you got any payment :(

Paypal because of RBI guidelines they announced a new rules to all Indian users and they said the new rules will apply from March 1st 2011 few of them are

Limit to receive $500 per transaction

Withdraw with in 7 days

Can't use paypal balance

but these rules are not applicable yet.

Paypal is much concerned now, because some people had started doing there business through it, they raised the fee amount as well.
